The hinterland behind the coast. Old timber farm houses, large rural blocks, and properties running on septic and tank water. We do plenty of septic tank installs and repairs out this way, and sub-soil drainage work for paddocks and yards that won’t dry out. We know the Bega Valley Shire approvals process, so we can also help you handle the paperwork side, too.
Broadwater
Just south of Pambula, past the oyster farms on the lake. It’s a pocket of rural lots and acreage, mostly on tank water and septic, with rainwater pumps that give up at the worst possible time. We come out here for septic work, tank pump repairs, and the occasional emergency blockage.
Eden
Our home base. We’ve been working on Eden homes, holiday rentals and rural properties our entire career. The older cottages near the harbour have seen a lot of pipework over time, and tree roots in the old clay lines are still the call we get most often. Anything from blocked drains to a full hot water system replacement.
Merimbula
Merimbula keeps our team busy, especially over the summer. A lot of homes here are holiday rentals, and hot water systems get hammered during peak seasons. We do hot water installs and repairs across town, plus emergency plumbing for the calls that can’t wait until Monday. The village itself is one of the oldest on this stretch of coast. Plenty of heritage homes with original drainage running under mature gardens, which means tree roots in the old clay lines.
