Urgent Roof Repair and Plumbing Upgrades

A roof that was never right

A place in Eden had a roof that was never installed properly, and it was starting to show. Water was getting in through a few different spots, and the guttering wasn’t carrying it away like it should. The drainage around the house left a lot to be desired too. On top of that, the solar hot water system had given up, so the owners were short on hot water as well. They needed the roof made sound and the hot water sorted, without a drawn-out job hanging over the house for weeks.

Watertight, and draining properly

We made the roof watertight again and dealt with the drainage at the same time. The old guttering came off and went back on the way it should have the first time. New flashing went in to seal where the two roof sections meet, and we repaired the weak spots that were letting water through. To get the water away from the house for good, we ran a new stormwater line out to the street. The tired solar hot water unit came out and a new electric hot water service went in its place, wired up and signed off to Australian standards. Roof leaks and hot water are our patch. We handle roof plumbing and hot water across Eden and the Sapphire Coast.
